This Kenyan bakery specializes in all kinds of English sandwich bread. The ZELA2100 is included as an overdrive unit in the automatic production line. The unique spray technology ensures that the release agent is sprayed accurately and evenly over the baking tins. This ensures that the sandwich loaves can be easily unloaded.
