ZELA egg/yolk and glace spraying table

This ZELA egg/yolk and glace spraying table is suitable for all types of baking trays between 400×600 and 800x800mm, but the spraying table can also be custom made. A linear air cylinder is mounted at the rear of the machine with a spray bridge with 6 automatic guns on that cylinder, 2 of which can be taken out of service with manual valves. These guns can be adjusted in height and distance from each other. The guns are connected to a 10 liter pressure vessel that is placed under the machine.

Easy to clean
The pipe to the guns is equipped with an in-line filter system to prevent clogging of the guns. The mobile stainless steel frame consists of a frame with a removable tapered spray tray on which you can place a baking tin. This spray tray can easily be removed from the machine for cleaning.

Operating machine
The machine is equipped with a push button control for foot or hand control. Once a baking tray has been placed in the machine, press the push button after which the guns are moved over the baking tray by the cylinder. You can set whether the guns spray only during the forward or return movement, this allows you to get a double layer of egg on the product. The speed of the gun arm movement of the machine can be adjusted with two air control valves. The machine is also equipped with a switch for cleaning. The switch and control box is built on the frame of the machine.
