ZELA egg or baking gloss spraying table for bigger artisanal bakeries

This ZELA egg or baking gloss spraying table is suitable for all types of baking trays between 400×600 and 800x800mm, but the spraying table can also be custom made. A linear air cylinder is mounted at the rear of the machine with a spray bridge with 6 automatic guns on that cylinder, 2 of which can be taken out of service with manual valves. These guns can be adjusted in height and distance from each other. The guns are connected to a 10 liter pressure vessel that is placed under the machine.

Egg/yolk and glace machines for industrial bakeries

The ZELA gloss spraying machine can be installed as an overdrive unit or permanently mounted on the current conveyor belt. The electrical and pneumatic cabinets are attached to the frame of the machine. Depending on the production quantities, it is possible to pump the gloss medium from an IBC or work with pressure vessels.
