EverBake has become a true family business
Director Peter Eversdijk comes from a family of bakers. My father first had a bakery and in 1971 he started a bakery and raw materials company. In 1986 I started working at the family business, where my brothers were already working. We took over the company together in 1992.’ Nevertheless, Eversdijk decided that year to start something new: he started EverBake and started producing Teflon coatings in a factory in Belgium. After that, many acquisitions followed and the company continued to grow.
Future
Peter’s sons are now also working in the company and it is a real family business. Eldest son Thom takes care of the administration, while his younger brother Nick deals with sales. “We learn a lot from our father and our father learns from us. This is how we come up with good and beautiful ideas together,’ they say enthusiastically. In recent years, they have mainly looked at the corporate structure. “Because of the many acquisitions, we lacked the structure. We have divided the EverBake Group into separate companies that complement each other.”
